Compliance documentation is model- and market-specific. Before quotation, we confirm the documents available for the exact lamp model, electrical rating, brand and destination market.

Documents Available for Applicable Models

CE — European Economic Area

For applicable models, we can provide the relevant EU Declaration of Conformity and supporting documents for review. Coverage must be confirmed against the exact model and configuration before shipment.

CB — IECEE CB Scheme

For applicable self-ballasted LED lamp models, an IECEE CB Test Certificate and Report to IEC 62560 may be available. A CB report can support an application to a participating national certification body, but national approval is not automatic. National differences, document review, samples, additional testing, factory assessment or local registration may apply.

Australia/New Zealand, South Korea, Saudi Arabia and Japan each have local market-access requirements. We confirm the applicable route, responsible local party, required documents and lead time with the buyer and certification provider before quotation.

RoHS — Restriction of Hazardous Substances

RoHS documentation may be available for applicable models and configurations. The report scope is checked against the selected model and bill of materials.

Market Requirements Requiring Separate Confirmation

  • North America — Requirements vary by product and application and may include an applicable safety listing, electromagnetic compatibility, energy-efficiency and labelling requirements. Scope is confirmed before quotation.
  • Australia / New Zealand — RCM use, responsible-supplier registration and product certification depend on the applicable local requirements.
  • Japan, South Korea and Saudi Arabia — Local conformity and registration routes must be assessed separately. A CB report may support an application but does not replace local obligations.
  • Great Britain — The accepted marking route and applicable requirements are confirmed for the destination and product before quotation.

How We Confirm Documentation

  1. Send us the model, voltage, wattage, base, brand and destination market.
  2. We check the declarations, certificates and test reports available for the selected configuration.
  3. We identify any additional local testing, registration, representation or labelling requirements.
  4. The confirmed document scope is recorded in the quotation or sample-approval record.
