What is your MOQ?

Standard models: from 500 pcs per model.

Custom or OEM specifications: from 1,000 pcs per confirmed specification.

Final MOQ depends on the model, specification and packaging requirements and will be confirmed in our quotation.

Can I get samples before ordering?

Yes. Samples are chargeable, and the buyer is responsible for freight. Sampling normally takes 5–8 days after the specification is confirmed.

What is your mass production lead time?

Mass production normally takes 30–45 days from receipt of the deposit, depending on the confirmed specification and order quantity.

What are your payment terms?

Our standard payment terms are 30% deposit by T/T before production and 70% balance before shipment. Any order-specific terms will be stated in the written quotation or proforma invoice.

What certifications are available?

CE, CB and RoHS documentation is available for applicable models. Certification scope varies by model and specification.

If your market requires SAA/RCM, KC or SASO, our CB documentation may support the application, subject to review by the relevant certification body. We do not currently hold UL/cULus certification.

Please send us the product model and destination market so that we can confirm the applicable documents. See certification details.

Can you provide OEM or private-label products?

OEM and private-label options may include logo, packaging, glass colour or finish, colour temperature, dimming and filament layout, depending on the model and technical feasibility.

Send us your specification for review. Available options, MOQ and costs will be confirmed in the written quotation. See OEM and custom options.

What warranty terms apply?

Warranty terms vary by model and agreed specification. The applicable warranty period, coverage, start date and claim procedure will be confirmed in the written quotation and sales contract.

What shipping terms and port are available?

Available Incoterms, loading port and freight arrangements depend on the order and destination. We will confirm them in the written quotation before the order is placed.

How do you confirm production capacity?

Available production capacity depends on the model, quantity, customisation requirements and current production schedule.

Send us the required model, quantity and delivery date, and we will confirm production availability and lead time in writing.

Which markets can you support?

Certification, labelling and import requirements vary by destination and product model.

Tell us your target country or region and the model you need. We will confirm the available documents and any additional certification requirements before quoting.
